To become a carrier for Live Logistics powered by Omni Logistics, the following criteria MUST be met or provided:

| Auto Liability | $1,000,000 |
| General Liability | $1,000,000 per occurrence |
| Workers Compensation | Statutory Limits |
- Provide your MC/MX# or DOT# to begin registration. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to begin.
- A completed Electronic Master Transportation Agreement
- Completed Carrier Profile to help Live Logistics powered by Omni Logistics better understand your trucking needs
- Registration with Epay Manager
Carrier registration must be completed by an employee that is authorized to enter your company in to legally binding transportation agreements.
The following Operating Authority must be met:
- A valid interstate or intrastate authority (intrastate-only carrier must also have an active U.S. DOT#)
- Must be Satisfactory or not rated by the DOT
- If not rated by the DOT, will be subject to additional qualification procedures prior to activation
If RMIS does not already have a copy of your Certificate of Insurance on file, it will be requested directly from your insurance producer (agent)
